Enteral Direct — Return & Refund Policy

All sales at Enteral Direct are of liquidation and wholesale clearance medical inventory. Due to the nature of medical-grade products and regulatory compliance requirements, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described.

Eligible Refund Conditions:

  • Item arrived visibly damaged in transit
  • Item is materially different from the product listing description
  • Item is missing components listed in the product description

How to Request a Refund: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at enteraldirect.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used medical supplies
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Orders where the buyer selected incorrect products
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
