Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $500
International Shipping We ship globally. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work to resolve the issue promptly per our Refund Policy.
